     Picea breweriana                    Brewer's Weeping Spruce                                     

Evergreen, coniferous columnar tree with whorled pendent branches of singular, dark green needle like leaves. Red/brown female cones are cylindrical appearing on main and side shoots , male cones ovoid yellow/red appear in spring on the previous years growth.

Bark is smooth, light grey with small green pits.
